Couples therapy can help partners improve communication, resolve conflicts, and deepen their emotional connection. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is rooted in the understanding that emotional connection is at the core of a healthy partnership, as it seeks to identify and address the underlying emotional patterns and needs that may be causing distress within the relationship. Utilizing EFT, I work with both of you to explore and express your feelings, vulnerabilities, and attachment needs in a safe and secure environment. Through this process, you learn to communicate more effectively, reconnect, and rebuild trust.

Parenting a child can be one of the most rewarding experiences a person can have. It can also be one of the most overwhelming and lonely experiences, especially when you feel you don’t have the support that you need. You might feel helpless about supporting your teen or hopeless about their future. It can be hard to see them struggling, suffering, and acting out. Being a parent can feel demoralizing, stressful, and frustrating. I can help you see what is normal teen behavior and what is more concerning, so you can better understand and help your adolescent through these challenging years.
